Their customer service great, we were assigned a new CSM and AM. They have been phenomenal at making sure we are using the platform correctly and efficiently.

The amount of different courses people can complete for their professional development, as well as the ease of creating your own content.

We're using Litmos for > 7 years. It served us well. It is a professional LMS and it comes equipped with most Learning industry standard functionalities. To highlight few important functionalities: - Easy to create courses and add specific modules (content, exams, feedbacks). - As content I can add multiple types (videos, SCORM, Etc.). - I can link modules sitting in multiple courses, thus I only need to update one and will reflect in all. - Certification tracking.

The helpfulness of the team, nothing was too much trouble. The implementation was seamless, it was easy and simple to set you and from the learner prospective its so clean and easy to use.

Litmos is very user friendly on the web/laptops, we have recently got a new account manager who has been amazing in showing us all the features and functionalities that we weren't aware of! It's great that we can load in training courses, create content ourselves and tailor this to specific needs of our employees. We have been able to change the design of our homepage recently so this is more personal to the business. The AI feature is great, this helps colleagues to be able to search for a specific question and get a quick response rather than needing to search the learning library for the course they need. The fact we're able to send reminders to colleagues to complete their mandatory learning on time is great to help us remain compliant.

The support we receive from our Client Success team has been amazing. They work very diligently at keeping us updated with what's new, what's coming, and when needed, gets involved with issue resolution. The product itself is built on a strong foundation. We really like that we can report on nearly anything within the system which gives us the flexibility to provide what our stakeholders need from us. Litmos is always interested in our feedback and gives us an opportunity to hear from the product team on occasion. From an administrative perspective, it's intuitive to use.

Our experience with Litmos as a healthcare organization has been overwhelmingly positive. The platform itself is robust and user-friendly, streamlining our training processes significantly. We especially appreciated the clean, intuitive UI interface, which makes navigation and course management a breeze at both the instructional design and manager levels. A standout aspect has been the exceptional support from our dedicated account manager, Corinne, who has consistently been responsive, quickly addressing any issues and proactively introducing new features that enhance our experience. This high level of support and ease of use has truly set Litmos apart. Even though we are leaving our contract for reasons outside of our control, Litmos has continued to offer offboarding services and support our teams with empathy and understanding.

Litmos allows employees to develop/ learn both independently and in instructor led training. We can track when an employee is due for recerts, has completed internal training, and even keep track of external training. I enjoy using content author to create training opportunities and use a variety of learning techniques.

Easy to use, with lots of features to play with

Very user friendly interface and logical feel. Good support during implementation. Neil was always responsive and good support for us. Has some very good features (but which takes time to use properly). Quick to get started with the basics.
